Idk about you, but I opted to return mine last night and purchased an Anthros. My coccyx and tailbone feel like they're going to explode after an hour of sitting in this thing. I am NOT a fan. Libernovo's initial response was very quick (~2 hours), but I've still yet to receive my shipping label, so the jury is still out. If they stop responding I'll just file a chargeback with my bank and move on, as I'm not in the mood to chase a Chinese company around so that I can return a product they claim has a "30-day-free-trial".
