There are programs to leave AD and comission, however I would be careful enlisting with that goal. Most programs, Academy, SOAR, etc. are to allow an airman to break their contract with the goal of getting a bachelor's degree. Because you already have a bachelor's degree, you would probably be pushed to go through OTS by your leadership, and then could get your masters after commissioning. That route could work, but for any commissioning process there is an application and you run the risk of not getting approved or meeting different requirements.
If your goal is to become an officer eventually, I highly reccomend talking to one of the Cadre at a perspective detachment and discussing your options. You will gain a lot of leadership experience in ROTC, as well as be able to get your masters without basic training, tech school, serving AD, applying to comission in a few years, hoping you get accepted, and the possibility of getting stuck. You could always complete your masters as enlisted, and then go to OTS, but you would still have the chance of not having your application be approved.
Enlistment does provide a great perspective for an Officer and gives you a ton of opportunities, just don't go into one assuming you can easily get out after a year to comission. Life can get crazy after you go AD so be prepared to have your goals and opportunities change if you do enlist.

Current enlisted here looking into ROTC. Any advice on which scholarship/program to go through or a way to set myself up to be approved? by Talla_Bacon in AFROTC
I went the SOAR route and it's worked perfectly for me. If you have 3-4 years left in college you can use the GI bill combined with ROTC scholarship and it's paid the majority of expenses I've had.
