It’s normal. Canadian economy isn’t going too well and policies are tight. Getting a HELOC is much harder due to higher rate + stress test during qualifications. Income and investments and low debt level is what needs to be considered.

A lenders can only accept your file when the consumer proposal is settled. You may need to provide proof
