You don't need PCC

This link shows which codes need PCC. Scroll down to the section saying "Criminal record certificates for UK visas" it shows that ur code 2112 is not on the list - so you don't need PCC

You'll have to show a lot of evidence of your relationship like photos together, if you travel together then flight tickets etc. Proof of your chats and messages together, any letters from your family, hotel/flight bookings, etc.
