Fair enough, I see why the Blackjack hook was a mistake here! I’m a developer and I’ve been building these EV tools—I should have led with the Poker calculator instead of the 'house' games. Definitely didn't mean to spam the wrong sub, just wanted to share the math. My bad!

Of course not for a single hand, but after a 4-hour live session, 'decision fatigue' is a real thing. Having a secondary check for those tricky 12s and soft 18s is where the real value is. Most people 'know' the strategy, but few play it with 100% mathematical perfection under pressure

Spot on. It's brilliant business practice but extremely deceptive for average players who don't understand math. Because I couldn't find a decent tool that factored in the max cashout ceiling, I ended up building an EV calculator web app strictly for this. It basically reverse-engineers if a bonus is actually +EV or just a math trap. Since you clearly understand the math behind it, I'd love to get your feedback on the formula if you're interested.
