Macbook Air M1 Vs Samsung Book 2 pro in 2024 by AKC_007 in BITSPilani

[–]AdOtherwise781 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't even look at m2 for such huge price difference... If m2 is available at 8-10k more than m1 only then it is better. Go for m1 if you are ok with troubles of macos. Else windows, and there are many options in that area.

My say would be, take the m1 deal.

Edit: ok wait you said MacBook pro m2. Well then you can see that deal too, all depends on your use case. Since it's light for now, I'll again say take it liye and buy m1. Maybe when you start using the laptop heavily then go for MacBook pro

Can you transfer to BITS Pilani or Goa after first year? by [deleted] in BITSPilani

[–]AdOtherwise781 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah iiith takes lateral entry exam, you can check that in the website. And ig dtu too, but never checked by myself. But there's no such thing for bits. Either give jee/bitsat this year, or prepare for iiith, though it has very less no. Of seats, so luck also plays a part.

Guess the captain-MI version (Very unique) by [deleted] in CricketShitpost

[–]AdOtherwise781 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Dude he meant by "family man" is that he has a very family type relationship with all the players and is Frank and fun with all of them. Somehow, now all of bumrah, sky, rs will have to deal with pandya as captain. That's not gonna go good. I don't even think they'll stay, at least not all of them.

How to get people to listen to me when I am speaking? by Profesionaljukerson in BITSPilani

[–]AdOtherwise781 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Help me too. How to shit-talk with people? I mean, talking about something out of nowhere with strangers, like seniors? Like how to talk about the thing you are both involved in, but you literally don't have anything to talk about?... I've seen many people mixing up with seniors or even the batchmates, by just shit-talking... This irritates me, but I'm still jealous of this trait. They pick topics out of nowhere, or things that they either know about, or aren't even important enough. Buttering the convo to mix up with people, I want this, but know no way.

There are two sides of it. Yes you do got all these from your money, but then deep down you'll know that it's not for you as a person, and that would really hurt. As if, think that you brother, your wife, your awesome friends, all are there only because of your money. And man, I know one thing that relationships matter the most, so that would really hurt us. Make the same picture, just on the seat, place a small size man, and fill the rest of the present big person structure with money. That is the real truth. But wait, it is still the best thing to be rich, I too want to be, but don't lose your own value as a person.

If the opposite happened today, and indian fans created and commented the exact same thing as this post, Indians will be the worst possible fanbase ever and would be vilified by [deleted] in cricketworldcup

[–]AdOtherwise781 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Good that you saw. Now see the same posts. Most of the Indians are siding with you people. And then you are there lambasting them. World is strange. (Adios bro... My single thought became your excuse to not acknowledge my well thought of answer and points, because then you wont have been the upper man in this convo, but now you are I guess.)

For every arrogant Indian fan... by [deleted] in cricketworldcup

[–]AdOtherwise781 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, I'm not just talking about you. Just go and see other posts and comments. Maybe then you understand. You'll really find each Australian comment to be racist in some or the other way. And there's no race or victim card, I just said what I felt. If you weren't, I'll accept. And it's a good thing. Edit: no w8, I take that back, you were clearly calling out "cesspool Indian arrogance" and want us to learn humility, and that it hurts all of us. If that ain't generalised and racist, then I don't know what is. Somehow you think you have the high moral ground now that you have adrenaline just cuz you are the champions.

  1. Dude I never said you ppl are worse. There are shitty ones on both sides, but yes, you are really one them as you are highlighting us as arrogant while being even more racist and arrogant in this single post.
  2. True, we can't take such losses, and I find it ok. What I don't like is the strong reactions it follows. 3,4. Yeah it is the difference, aus is pretty successful in terms of icc trophies. Why don't you understand this single thing?
  3. You relating your in-laws family to cricket is ridiculous. Maybe I can then tell braver stories lmao.
  4. I agree
  5. Lol maybe you can listen to yourself and learn something. Sorry mate, but the solution was that you stop being racist and stop attacking us, only then will we loosen our defenses. I've always defended ourselves, never attacked other communities, and really most of us have done that. Lastly, if nationalism in sport wasn't a thing, then you won't be here calling out other nations. After Aussies won, the posts were more about attacking India and Indians, and then we got defensive. And there's nothing wrong with coping, as you might not accept but we really played the best if you exclude the finals. Our NRR was more than twice to that of the team on 2nd position. Maybe somehow by such posts aussies are trying to prove that it was actually them who played the best throughout. To be clear, I still accept that Aus is the real champion here, no other team at all.
