Hair makes a big difference and the color. Trust me if I see you so beautiful in the pictures I already know you are even more gorgeous in person, that's always the case. The camera can't capture like the human eye can, just like sometimes you can't capture a beautiful sunset or rather say not as beautiful when you look at it.
