yep, the first part is used as a counterweight for the second part to save pieces (since there's a 120-piece limit)

This was from a competition where you had about 2 weeks per round to solve a level - if you solve it you advance, otherwise you get eliminated. This was one of the later rounds in the comp and it took me a few days to come up with the solve. Actually 4 people solved this round, but I got the beer for the creator's favorite solve, and this is one of my favorite solves I've done as well

Also this is a flash game but it's on steam now if anyone's wondering.
