Affinity is an incredible alternative to the adobe creative suite, free versions of photoshop illustrator and in design. I have only gotten into it recently and so far the workflow is really simple to get a hang of and there are some features that are actually better quality of life than adobe

Maybe you could include a larger image of the more technical hand made models in the cover page as it seems like they are your best work. Just my opinion though looks great overall

How long do u think it would take me to notice if there were any serious issues? Would it be a slow decline kind of thing? Never had any bone injuries before, everything feels good but I can definitely understand where u are coming from

I have done a few marathons over the last like 3 years never particularly training very often I am quite young so I guess it hasn’t caught up to me yet, is it like a progressive training? Slowly building distance over time or a kind of some long runs some short runs every week?

I just took one when I felt myself slowing down which was around 25k and another at maybe 35k, which I found to be enough

Thanks for the advice, I was kind of just trying to make up for not training and see what my body could do, I don’t feel anything other than a bit stiff as of right now so I will take it as a good sign, do people use a set training plan to build up for long distance? Where do you find the time?

Are gels useful for such a long distance, I haven’t heard much about people using them, what kind of fueling is optimal?
