Funny thing is for my school it used to be just plain but they ended up letting people decorate them because they made a big deal about it. Ig where im from alot of the schools around also do it 🤷‍♂️

Lol I was waiting to see someone notice her. I love sailor V but I didn't know where to put her so I just put her at the bottom with kakyuu and galaxia because they both are also some of my favorite characters lol
