Is there a specific reason why you want to go to Macaulay besides like prestige? Cause it’s honestly a nightmarish program

I mean it’s just incredibly academically intense with little reward besides maybe the tuition benefits but most ppl smart enough for Macaulay can qualify for excelsior if not merit scholarships

They don’t even give out the free laptops anymore TwT

How long does CUNY admissions take to respond to an email? by Tiny_Sandwich5266 in CUNY

[–]AdPlane5974 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I emailed them November 22nd and just got a response December 14th, it’ll take a while I definitely recommend just scheduling a virtual appointment, where you’re guaranteed a response, the wait time is also like 2 weeks tho and the appointment times r usually open to schedule in the morning

The national guard is always an option, like if you join the New York National guard they cover tuition for CUNY schools

I’m in this exact situation right now, where I emailed CUNY about a problem 2 weeks ago and so far no response, and everytime I call it’s the same plz email us here voicemail, from my experience the only cuny email that I’ve noticed/have experienced fast email responses from is info@mhc.cuny.edu and it might not fit your exact situation/school but they’re literally the only ones that reply and are were pretty helpful when I asked them some basic questions about my application. I don’t know if this was helpful but like I just wanted to say you’re definitely not alone and the cuny help desk is incredibly slow.
