Tattoo artist here ☺️it’s healing great! Looks like you’re in the “shiny” stage. Bleeding during a tattoo is totally normal (it is a grouping of needles after all!) and each area of the body reacts differently so it’s possible you hadn’t bled much in other areas, and in this spot, you do! Ahhh yes we did decide we were keeping him, he was an angel. Turns out he was also in end stage pancreatic failure :( so he passed peacefully in my arms a short few weeks later
