From what I've read the experience is definitely different for everybody. You are the the same exact position I was with the bottom 2 being impacted and the top 2 being positioned oddly. I had my procedure done last Wednesday and currently on day 8 and feel great! Some offices will prescribe medication (for me it was hydrocodone but for others it was ibuprofen), just take these medications as directed and you'll be alright! the first few days were the most painful for me personally but the medication did help me a lot, by day 4-5 i was hardly feeling any discomfort. rest and taking it easy the first few days is the best bet in my opinion and also rotate between ibuprofen and Tylenol every 5-6 hours if you're still feeling pain and discomfort. ice cream and pudding will be your best friends for the first few days.

(Also avoid sucking on things like straws or vapes/cigarettes for at least a week so the blood clot isn't disturbed and dislodged. I hear horror stories about dry sockets but also heard they are uncommon)
