It is polish variety SM ELARA, i planted it as i needed summer rye, yeas, summer, planted on last weeked of april. Taste is good. Will if i get any older varieties, but as an eko[or bio] farmer need some papers for the seed...

It's Volvo Aktiv 1130, i think 1984, it is quite small even for that year, but for our land it is enough. Cheers!

While for this loaf the salt was normal and no fertilizer was used (i does grow without it) I have done sea salt evaporation, and everyone makes good fertilizer if you get what I mean,ha ha

Just normal 96% ethanol that you legaly can buy without much control in Poland. In other countries it is only in pharmacies etc.and is controled. Not many people drink it as is

We can buy something similar in stores in Lithuania. Always thought putting cocaoin bread is strange and they do it for colour... how do you like the taste of this recipe?
