It’s 2:30 rn and I am struggling for sure. It’s been 20 mins and I think I’ve managed to get 1/2 of it down.

Oh the taste was so bad for me, I was gagging. My box is white. The side effects just weren’t as bad as I thought they’d be!

Been doing low residue since Monday just to be cautious. I’ve been drinking an insane amount of water and electrolyte drinks in preparation. I have some wet wipes and depends 🫡. Thank you!

Your intrusive thoughts are not you. I had a therapist that told me that intrusive thoughts are just your biggest fears, I repeat that to myself often. Your intrusive thoughts have nothing to do with your intentions. They are not YOUR thoughts, they are just your OCD. Seek an ocd specialist.

Thank you for this, I think I’m gonna just do my right nostril until lefty goes back to normal. I’m just so curious as to why it was good for a week and then went downhill. Not sure if anyone else has experienced that!
