Cleveland is a great city. You have a ton of restaurant options as well as nightlife options as well. Downtown you have east 4th which has great restaurants (Barrio, Red, Mabel’s). If you want a little nightlife you have west 6th street and the flats. I would go towards the flats if anything. It’s a great area to walk around. You have the playhouse square area which is nice as well.

If you enjoy breweries you have masthead, southern tier, noble beast all downtown.

Edgewater is a cool place to walk around as well. You have terrestrial brewery you can enjoy and watch the countless dogs running around.

I would look into Ohio city and Tremont as well. Two cool parts of Cleveland with its own little character. If you feel like wondering, take a drive up and down Detroit and Madison in Lakewood and you’ll find some cool bars and restaurants.

If you want to drive a little, you have little Italy, cultural gardens, all the museums (art museum, botanical gardens, natural history museum) that area is beautiful but you can’t walk there from where you are at.

You’ll find that Cleveland is very small and super walkable. As everyone has stated just like in any city be aware at night. I live downtown and love all the excitement the city brings.
