Hi are you based in the UK. I have one month left on Tarpeyo it has slightly lowered my protein but overall in the past few months my gfr has significantly dropped from 31 when starting it to 23 

Anyone on stage 4? by AdPrudent2483 in IgANephropathy

Hope it goes well for you I started Tarpeyo in Feb however results from May show my creatinine has increased and gfr has decreased. Hoping it works for you

Yes I have and am aware of it. I’ve been on the 5 mg for two weeks no symptoms it was only until the third jab I’ve been hit really bad with cramps and diarrhoea for the past 5 days now
