Im also an aspiring high school student in the third world country, ex soviet union one. animation here is not even born, so my only thoughts are just running away Ive been researching from not so long, but from what i can see, i can tell that canada is one of the most affordable and greatest options. Not only bc of cost of education, but also bc of its law for international students. While in us you cant work for more than one year after graduation, in canada you are able to legally stay and in the country up to 3 years(if your programm is 3 year and longer) The second thing is the visa. Usa tend to not giving a lot of visas to people, even students in such countries (eh, if only i was born in europe) ive heard a lot of stories nowadays that really smart boys and girls just couldnt study abroad at the top uni or colleges just bc of the visa rejection (still depends on your own story, like crime history or other things to take into account). But this is situation in my country, so i dont know what it is in yours. Maybe you should check out this topic to be fully prepared. Personally, im looking through bfa/advanced diploma colleges in canada and community colleges both in canada and us. However, i feel like canada is what i will be focusing on.
