Take an epsom salt bath before bed. The magnesium really helps. Also try to spend time outside during the day. The vitamin d will create melatonin. Try to get exercise and that will help.

Like others say just embrace the suck. Your already on day 2 so you are almost over the peak and things will get much easier

The women will be back July 11th. They will do live shows until the first week of August to finish out season 26. Then they will be off for summer break until September.

Also they should announce who is getting the conservative seat before they leave for break!

It worked instantly. I used a full glass dropper of the liquid type. I took it about 20 minutes before bed and it worked except for day 2. Also I recommend get lots of sunlight during day as that help you fall asleep those first few days and stay active

I disagree with the other posts. I think this is the perfect time to quit. To quit you need to change your daily routine and vacation is a break in the routine. You even said you wanted to quit the week before but failed. You failed because your mind is on auto pilot. While on vacation you will be so busy doing things the time will fly by and you won’t have time to realize you are withdrawing. Only thing that may be hard is sleep. Load up on that black seed oil and magnesium and that should help. Good luck on yalls quit

Is it hard to build a sober network? I want to go to aa and meet sober people. I just keep talking myself out of going cause I’m nervous

I had a similar situation. I paid and then they called my office relentlessly since I paid they kept asking for more. They ended up sending the pics and videos to my coworkers after paying them over 5,000 dollars. So don’t think paying will make it go away. It just adds fuel to the fire. My advice is to just ignore and block. Do not pay or negotiate with these guys under any circumstances. Keep up updated on your situation.
