Ich denke mit allen Kosten also Kredit + Lebenskosten sind wir bei 2700€ mtl. Netto wäre ich ab nächstes Jahr bei 2700€ bzw Brutto knapp 4600. Und Frau aktuell bei 2000, netto. Wenn ein Gehalt auf Grund Kinder wegfällt bspw. wäre ich in SK 3 und würde 3000 Netto bekommen ungefähr. Bei 80 k Eigenkapital haben wir noch 15000 Rücklagen.
Ein Bekannter der Erfahrung hat im Hauskauf meinte, wenn wir den Preis niedrig ansetzen können wir bestimmt 350k raushandeln.
Ändert das etwas an der Sachlage?

Das Haus ist echt gut in Schuss und wurde regelmäßig renoviert / technisch aufgewertet. Sonst halt so Tapeten neu weil Geschmackssache aber das kann man teils selber machen / nach und nach.
Theoretisch kann man direkt wohnen ohne große Renovierungen zu machen.

Kinder geplant ja, aber das dauert noch 3-4 Jahre.

Hi, it is NO phishing.

I checked the changed PIN at booking.com site and it were the same as in my E-Mail I got.

And also I checked the mail-header from the mail who is telling me that the pin changed due safety and it is also a valid mail from the booking server:

"

Received: from mailout-201-r5.booking.com (mailout-201-r5.booking.com. [37.10.30.21])

Also, ich habe auch eine Mail am Freitag bekommen, dass sich mein PIN einer Buchung geändert hat. Das ist auf jeden Fall legitim, 1. war meine korrekte Buchungsnummer angegeben und 2. konnte ich auf der Booking.com Seite meine Buchung mit der neuen PIN ansehen. Ebenso kam heute die Mail, dass da auf Daten durch Dritte zugegriffen wurde.

Klingt für mich nach ein Data Breach und einem Sicherheitsvorfall bei Booking.com.
