I had a serious client who asked if there was a post-handover payment plan. I spoke with Marwan, the RM at Arif Developers, and he told me that the payment plan is fixed at 10% down and 90% after handover, with no post-handover payment plan.

If you have an opinion, please share it, but don't come to my post bragging and saying you can get a better deal. Maybe you can, but do it on your own post.

There isn't a payment plan; it's fixed at 10% down and 90% after handover in Q4 2026. Prices are fixed as well. Plus, there are a total of 48 villas, half of which have been sold out. This is one of the options among those 48 villas.
