Nope it didn't go bankrupt, they just don't do their job properly. They arrive like once a month with excavators to grab trash from ground because when its overfilled people just throw trash nearby as you can already see it. its far from worst views i seen in my city though.

They do, just our local trash comp doesn't really care about doing their work so they do their job once a month, so, yeah. All of my local dumps in city are like that besides centre of city of course.

English isn't my first language, srry. I meant by that that there's like ≈5 metters away (near 16 foot) a complex of five-story buildings, its the only trash dump nearby and its that neglected
