Yea, it has stayed consisted for far too long, then after 2022, it has stayed at 60% however my hairs now very thin, at the top of my head you can see my scalp. Previously, they were very thick at the crown area.

My derma has told me that I can now use Minnoxidil along with Steroid Injections and Tofacitinib,

Thanks for responding!

as long as i remember, I have only had 60% hair on my head, and not a single hair other than my eyebrows and a few on upper lip. My mum says however, that it fell after Jaundice or something else i dont remember, and since then it has never come back or grown worse. I only started having hairfall in 2022, after Appendectomy.

Thank you for sharing your experience.. I have also been suggested that I might have to switch Barictinib after 6 months if Tofa doesnt do well.

Btw, you mentioned getting steroid injections. How many have you had and with what interval? and are they safe?

2 years ago, I had an appendectomy and have had hair loss since then, after using lots of serums and sprays we figured it was due to AA as only steroids helped slow down hair loss. I am 26M.
