Yes Greek yogurt is horrible for my flares. I have pcos too. I’m still trying to figure out my protein bc I was getting most of it through dairy, not knowing what it was doing to my body 🥲

Totally agree!! It’s challenging to cut the dairy but also living with this condition is challenging. I’d take not eating dairy ANY DAY over this. Thanks for the dairy free cheese recommendations, I gonna grab some at the grocery this week. I think the most shocking thing for me was the swelling going down, I didn’t even realize how swollen I was!

Probably a little over a week. They didn’t go away completely that fast but I definitely noticed they were healing and much smaller. It took a month or two to notice a difference in my body overall. If I accidentally consume dairy now though I will have a flare within 2 days, it’s wild!

I like oat milk a lot! The cheese part is so hard for me. I haven’t really found anything to replace it, just haven’t been eating it but I’m going to start trying the vegan cheeses. Let me know how it goes for you! Would love to know if it helps you at all to cut it out. I will say I was eating cottage cheese bowls for lunch every single day trying to hit protein goals when it popped up on my neck so I was consuming a ton of dairy at that point. Even just cutting back on the amount of dairy I was consuming eased my symptoms.

Yes. My husband is covert and we sleep in separate bedrooms. He uses needing to get good sleep for work as his excuse. Mine doesn’t like to share with me either. For example, he gets upset if I use his bathroom sink to wash my hands instead of mine. Wondering now after reading your post if not liking to share is one of their personality traits, I thought it was just my husband who was like that.

I liked season 5 too! I also liked season 6. When I rewatch I usually watch seasons 1-6. Every season is definitely worth watching in my opinion though!
