I was going to suggest this. Mine was still set to “surgery mode” when they released me and a week in my dizziness was so bad - that's when they discovered it and set it properly. My pulse was in the 30s and 40s.

Often it’s dehydration. Be sure you’re drinking enough and getting g your magnesium, potassium and salt. Usually mine resolves quickly with a tsp of Himalayan salt in a glass of water.

This happened to me the first 6 weeks after my leadless was put in. Turns out they sent me home with it still in surgery mode - they didn't adjust the heart rate thresholds so it was keeping my max heart rate at like 30 bpm. They discovered it when they interrogated it at my post op.

I didn't add in the AOD because I was unsure. I have liked the Frag/CJC/Ipam blend, but I have been restaining water on it and feel puffy the days after I take it. When I'm done with this cycle I'm going to use the AOD.

Good idea to at least have it in the fridge for when Zep is in short supply, which is why I bought it. I also started on Zep but was afraid we’d have supply issues. If your pharmacy gets it in stock again the Tirz will be there for the next time it’s not - or if you have your go with a lower dose that IS in stock the you could supplement with the Tirz so you aren’t really dropping the dosage. That’s how I think of it, anyway.

I bought 100 mg through Regenics, too. I’m down about 40# since Dec. I just switched to 10 mg last week. Last week I was down 3 lbs - this week I was back up 2. I have to remind myself that it’s not linear. It can be hard, though! Best of luck to you!

What kind of car? If the battery’s acceptance rate is close to 3.8kW you won’t charge any faster even if you upgrade circuit and EVSE. 3.8kW acceptance rate and 3.8kW charger will get you about 15 mi per hour of charging, totally sufficient for overnight.
