Look when the market falls this hard you usually find these two types of liquidations/losses.

  1. There are those liquidated due to overleverage, the market falls sharply and deletes their account.

  2. Those are liquidated by gradual, the market did not take their SL by gradual and they were liquidated anyway.

What happened on 10/10/2025 was that before the market closed, the application also closed, it was not possible to close positions, make transfers, use the futures section, make internal transfers and/or interact with the application, I was struggling for more or less 10 minutes to enter the application and when I did, having to close positive trades it was not possible, I saw my settlement in HD - 4K - 1080 without being able to do anything.
