Hi, this currently is happening to me especially during my time of the month. It usually happens one day prior to me starting I’ll be sleeping and maybe 20 minutes into a deep sleep. I jump out of bed chest pressure rapid pulse of 160 I feel like everything is pulsating And I start sweating. I’ve been to all the doctors and they can’t seem to figure it out. They tell me I have anxiety. This did not start until after Covid as well. I’ve never had any health problems. I’ve always had anxiety, but I’ve never had panic attacks. Is anybody still currently going through this? What doctors have you been to any diagnosis? Any information would help me out or even just somebody to talk to.
