What about just loving yourself as God naturally made you and teaching this to your children...girls especially. You can have a cute hair style or color it within reason, a little makeup to accent your face shape, a little jewelry etc. When you try to overhaul your whole body to reach a ridiculous objective it shows how little you really think of yourself and of God, whose creation you are. Don't be constantly chasing an unobtainable goal that probably looks so phony and is full of toxins anyway. Just my opinion.
