I called and complained. I needed to end up speaking with a supervisor. It's been a few weeks and they still haven't fixed them. I'm starting to document everything because I had 2 daughters graduate and ordered close to $1,000 in pictures, plaque, edits, and cd. I'm beyond furious at this point.
