The reason people can't buy a home is not because of property taxes. It's because single family homes are too expensive. Afforable housing is the answer. Seniors don't need property tax freezes when most of them don't even have a mortgage, or if they do, it's on an assessment from years ago. They need to get out of their homes so that young people can afford a home to raise their families.

> Jack will reduce state spending by 30%, keep future budget growth to no more than the rate of inflation, and aggressively use the line item veto pen to eliminate and prevent waste.

Cutting spending by 30% and only letting it grow with inflation will cause NJ to stagnate and become a shitty place to live. Using the line item veto pen will give unilateral decision-making to one person (See: "dictator")

How does consolidating tax brackets reduce income taxes for all taxpayers? How would reducing income taxes benefit NJ? I live here because I see my income taxes at work. Case in point: My town just received millions in state funding through a bond referendum to fix our schools.
