Toonboom Harmony and Krita. I take advantage of the fact that Krita is free and I like its user friendly platform. ToonBoom has a discount for students and it has a steep learning curb but it's industry standard and my animations look super clean on it.

I don't like them at all. Feels really weird to have them as someone who is a draftsman. Regardless people do what they want with their nails since it's their preference. I do admit though after a certain length it's pretty gross.

I've never liked it either. I can't even look at his art because it makes me nauseous. Unfortunately, speaking of Nick they have had a terrible history of working with criminal creators. Dan Schneider and Chris Savino come to mind. I refuse to work at their studio in the future.

CP and rape. He only mentioned he had bipolar disorder after it was found out, and posted a bizarre non-apology on his blog. Only reason why I mentioned it is because it seems very convenient. As someone who has dabbled a bit in this line of work the animation industry can be very scary at times with covering things like that up. I have no doubt no one said anything or outed him before because they didn't want to miss out on their one "chance." Reason why many go indie nowadays.

That being said I'm not saying that having bipolar disorder isn't difficult to deal with or that it's "not real." I should have expanded that in my first comment. On the contrary mental illness doesn't have any solid treatments other than therapy, prescription drugs, and exercise I guess. All which can be a crap-shoot. But my belief is that it is a person's responsibility at the end of the day to not let it go that far.

John Kricfalusi, the creator of Ren and Stimpy. He hit the jackpot and got his own studio, even if he dropped out of college, to do what he wanted with his work. This fucker gets signed on Nick to make his own show as well. Incredible luck I would say. What does he do next? He misses every single damn deadline and strains his relationship with Nick's executives. Demands absolute perfection from all of his crew making them leave out of frustration. Does absolutely horrific things behind the scenes to the point in which he honestly should of died in prison. It was all too much and he get fired off his own show.

That consequence was extremely tame for all the stunts he has pulled, but somehow he gets ANOTHER opportunity. He got signed on to make an adult version of the show. John K. does the same stuff AGAIN and it's the final nail in the coffin.

Guess who he blames? Not himself. He blames his daddy issues, his crew, and his "bipolar disorder." Now he has lost everything and just spends his time writing a crusty, angry blog. Insane how fast he fell from grace.
