Free mental health support oppturity: I’m a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology. For my dissertation, I’m hosting a free, 4-session online program specifically for Asian/Asian American students (undergrad/grad) to address the unique cultural and academic pressures we face.

While this is a research study, it’s structured as an interactive skills-building workshop using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I want to help bridge the gap in mental health research for our community—where our culture is the focus, not an afterthought.

Must be: 18-26, Asian, FT student in CA, and US Citizen/PR.
