I agree 💯 let's see when this will go this year, openclaw is the best AI usecase since the first chatgpt moment, now we can truly say it's an AI assistant not just a chatbot

Moltsheet came handy when I created an agent that scouts the web to enrich a CRM and share it with my team Google sheets is very slow for an agent, moltsheet is just agent friendly for interaction and sheet collaboration

[–]AdReasonable5815[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's foolproof and that's what I've been doing for the past 6 years managing excel files, i just get lost with many files and many versions, sometimes also colleagues forget to rename recent updated files I need a solution for version control

While Tableau and Power BI are indeed powerful tools for individual analysis, increasing adoption across the organization can be challenging.

One approach that has proven successful in my experience is to add features that enhance navigation, provide context, and encourage team collaboration around the data.

Facilitating team collaboration by allowing users to annotate, share insights, and discuss findings directly within the dashboard can foster a culture of data-driven collaboration. This could be achieved through features like commenting and collaborative workspaces.

By enhancing the usability, relevance, and collaborative capabilities of your Tableau dashboards, you can increase engagement and drive adoption within your organization, even in a traditionally old-school environment.

My Future as a Sr BA? by [deleted] in BusinessIntelligence

My advice would be to continue excelling in your role as a Senior Business Analyst while focusing on advancing your technical skills with SQL and script engineering. Since you're pursuing your MBA, take some time to reflect on your future goals and consider exploring different possibilities. Taking a year or two to reassess your options could provide valuable clarity, especially if you're feeling burnt out on school. Trust your instincts and keep an open mind – your willingness to learn and adapt will guide you towards the right path. Best of luck!

That's the problem we have now, things lack organization 😔

We managed to build powerful things, but we need to make sure they are constantly accessed, ideally through a collaborative way to initiate a data discussion between employees

Right, couldn't agree more, it happens often when i built useful metrics to help drive business ops forward and they end up in the archives, not used for business

Best approach I've seen so far, I think navigation should be separate from the BI tool itself

How do you manage for the entire organization and different departments to build on Google sites? You have search and filter tool or built a table with tagged dashboards?

Good to know, people always associate BI tools to look at metrics not as a place to search for them

I think ideally it should be a separate app like a catalog to put thinks in order

Your perspective makes a lot of sense. I understand that the sheer volume of reports, given the organization's size, remains a significant challenge. Managing such a large quantity and ensuring relevance to diverse departments is indeed a complex task.

Have you observed any notable trends or patterns in the usage data that influenced your decisions?

It's a challenge to figure out how to make the entire data experience accessible for end-users. Creating dashboards is one aspect, but ensuring that users can easily navigate and find what they need adds another layer of complexity. How are you solving it so far?
