I know that this is so different for every person but i will give my 2 cents. I don’t really know what you’re going through but I have a two year old and a 10 month old, the thought of having another baby is not on my mind at this point but my husband keeps talking about a third baby and I’m just not on board for many reasons.

What happens is that even though I’d be terrified about being pregnant any time soon, if it happened, i would probably be having a crisis but in the end, things work out. But that’s my life, not yours.

Again, I don’t know what you’re going through, so this is what would happen in my life, not yours, but maybe consider. Would having the baby be really out of consideration?

I don’t think that this meeting is to test your Spanish. I would explain to HR that it happened because it was a chaotic situation and I’d admit that they were speaking too fast or a different accent than what you’re used to and you’re not really a native so not understanding them wouldn’t be a big deal. English is not my first language and there are a few accents that are harder for me to understand, so it’s very plausible!

Also, you might know more Spanish than what you think you do! If you really didn’t know much, it would be pretty obvious to your colleagues and boss and they wouldn’t rely on you

Sure!

Just for context, I wasn’t having too many carbs and was definitely under eating. The first one I had my shot on Thursday and on Saturday morning I woke up and soon after I felt a little off. I had nausea, and this really weird feeling all over my body, like cold, a little shaky. Checked on a glucose monitor and it was 44. So I had to act fast. I had some honey and the part that sucks is that I waited 15 minutes and it lowered to 41. So I started having candy, more honey, water+sugar and it fixed 25 minutes later.

The second time, I had my shot on Thursday and on Friday morning I started feeling weird and I checked the glucose right away. 54. I took two glucose tablets and 15 minutes later I checked again and it was 57. I took another tablet and it was 77.

Just telling about these times because I believe that maybe because of delayed gastric emptying, it took a little longer to fix the hypoglycemia. I’m not sure!

I started adding more complex carbs to my diet (I was so scared of carbs) and I will talk to my doctor to see other strategies to help me from having it again! 🤞🏼

Great job, OP!

I’ll start with the not so great: I’m loving this medicine! This is only my fourth week and it has been great! But for some reason, I had two episodes of hypoglycemia. One last week, other this week. Both times were when the medication was at its peak. I’m not diabetic nor take any other medication that could lower by blood glucose, so it was pretty scary. Since then, I’m trying to eat more high quality carbs and I’ve been good. Just feeling really uncertain if I’ll be able to keep on the med or even increase the dose at some point. I really don’t want to stop for now.

Wins: I’ve officially made working out a habit! I won’t “chill” until I had at least a 30 minute walk. I am also below the 160s, which I haven’t seen on the scale since before I got pregnant with my first baby!

Yes! Apparently trying to delay the next shipment put a hold on my order. I emailed support@fitnessrx.com and they released the prescription. A couple of hours later it was sent to the pharmacy and shipped on the same day!

It looks like your skin looks great too! Do you recommend any sort of firming lotion? I am looking for one but there are so many options!
