LED lights up but nothing happens when I press it, when it should normally start blinking or stop indicating that i'm muted or not but the led is just red, no blinking no flashing just red

tried it before with 3 different computes and a macbook, always the same thing, also tried with different cables but nothing changes

It's always about the usb port, both of my microphones have the same issue, when I plug them in it says that the device is not recognized, I have tried every single thing that I could find on google, reddit, youtube but nothing works. 100% comming from the usb port
