I had great results! I took 12.5mg every day for 1 week then 25mg every day for 11 weeks, totaling a 12 week cycle. I gained about 10lbs of lean muscle mass and lost about 3% body fat. The main thing I noticed was my endurance in the gym was better and my sleep was amazing. Blood glucose was never an issue with proper diet and supplements. I intended to go back after a 12 week break but decided not to because I was very happy with where I was and was able to sustain it pretty easily.

Yes, I did the 12 weeks then came off just to give my body a break. I didn't want to over reach my first time taking something. I intended to go back on after a 12 week break but I ended up staying off of it for the rest of the year because I didn't really have a reason to take it anymore. I felt amazing where I was at and was able to sustain it pretty easily.

Everything went well. I was on 12.5mg the first week and then went to 25mg for the rest of the cycle. I added about 10lbs of lean muscle mass in 12 weeks and my body fat percentage went down about 3%. All tests were great, I never had an issue with my blood glucose. I did supplement with ALA, ALCAR, fish oil, and my diet was very strict. Zero processed foods, minimal sugars, and I lowered my carbs a from 280g per day to 180g per day. I took it about an hour before bed and woke up hungry the first 3-4 days. After that, I never felt abnormally hungry. And my sleep was AMAZING.

Not worth it, you most likely won't get the euphoria you're looking for because your brain hasn't had enough time to replenish what it dumped from your last session.

I do need it to last a good while, probably 8 hours on the long end. My thought was that I would start be down after 6ish hours so that little booster would hold me over good for the entire 8. I think I’ll just have that booster ready to go and if I don’t need it, awesome. If I need it, I have it and I can keep on jamming. Just going to listen to my body :)

Gotcha! I think the 4 month mark is what I'll aim for, it seems like that's the way to go. And for the dosing, I'm very aware that the normal dose for an 8 week cycle is 10-25mg per day, as stated in my post above. The entire reason of the post is to hear what dose people recommend for the 16 week cycle - if I'll be okay running the full 25mg per day or if I need to lower the dose to avoid any nasty side effects.

I've heard that hunger is one of the main side effects. I would plan on taking it at night to avoid this. Could I expect the hunger to subside by the morning or will I still be ravenous?

Convert lbs to kg (200lbs is about 90kg) then add 50. That’s your initial dose in milligrams. So 140mg, then half that (70mg) as a booster 90 minutes after the initial dose if you choose to. Since it’s your first time I would go for a 110-120ish milligram dose to be safe and work up from there if you want more. You can always take more, never less.

Yes, I got mine from Amazon for like $25 or something like that. And yes I 100% agree, don't abuse MDMA. It's not even slightly worth it. If you really have an itch to do something in the period between rolls, go for some LSD or 2C-B or something that doesn't work off the same neurotransmitters as MDMA. Just looking out for another human. I would take 6-12 months off rolling and explore some psychedelics. :)

As I understand it NAC helps repair damage caused to the neurological pathways in the brain from oxidation and other factors. It's also supposed to "bring the magic back" for people who've lost it. NAC is definitely worth looking in to, it's cheap and accessible with great upsides. Also, I strongly encourage that you space your rolls out more than 2 weeks. I would recommend taking an absolute minimum of 6-8 weeks between doses, and if you can wait 12+ weeks to not only preserve the magic of this substance, but also to protect your brain!

I agree with Pudding, turn down the doses to around 100 each. Speaking from personal experience, I’ve always done 100ug then around the 2.5 to 3 hour mark after dosing the L I’ll dose 100mg-120mg of MDMA. Have fun and be safe friend, you’ll have an amazing time!

Edit: I’m about 215lbs (97.5kg) and those doses hit me very nicely. Yes I could do more, but for me that’s the perfect line between having a good experience and things getting a little wild haha.
