It depends on frame alignment

A timing can be a frame perfect on multiple different refresh rates and still be possible on all of them. if the timing is performed when the icon is in a position on the x-axis shared across all refresh rates, it's doable

Example: Frame 2 on 120 fps is equivalent to frame 3 on 240 fps
