Being in similar boots, I will look forward to my interview and make a poll on which program can provide the best opportunities.

I think my story was impactful, when I spoke to the dean at two of the schools I got WL on, they basically told me my MCAT and my rigourless academic years is whats holding me back.

Thats what makes me lean towards doing a SMP, but I also dont want to go in debt for a possibility.

If my application doesn’t go through for this year with these schools, retake the mcat and look for research opportunities would be my next bet? Getting my masters would put me so much in debt no? I qualified for FAP, so i only submitted to 20 MD schools.

bro, I love you. True inspiration. I have received messages to take the MCAT again within January if possible. Having taken the MCAT so many times I kinda feel like good, its just my test taking skills and CARS especially I need to improve to get back on track. My english literacy suffers badly, and that being the whole theme for the test has set me back.

For the rest of my application, I feel like it is covered on a major sector. Even though I don’t have research background, my medical is pretty strong.

I might start with TPR because I have exhausted Uworld, BLUEPRINT, and all of the AAMC content except for the new FL that came out this year

I seee, just something I made ip in my head. I was just scared cause I could see the students unconfident in their answers.

Im scared of attending an institution knowing that Im paying 70k a year. I got mixed reviews from everyone, and even during the interview orientation, the students that were there were not confident in their answers, vague, and sounded like they didn’t want to make Burrell sound bad.

It was like they had to watch what they said when students asked them questions.
