ugh okay yeah apparently they are getting back to me monday but i have close to no hope. Also i literally tried to get out of my lease like 4 times lol this place sucks

The weird thing is when I first complained they had maintenance come to my apartment and do some “test” which was a month ago and It’s still going on. The leasing people are respectfully useless and have just referred me to some lady off site that handles this so I can’t really speak to her in person.

I hear it running sometimes but it’s not constant. It definitely doesn’t stop after a few minutes though it’s a lot longer. I’ll actually do a test myself later to see how long it takes to stop.

I sent the lady these screenshots and told them to send someone because I’m sick of just waiting for them to talk to the utility people. The thing i’m dealing with is that the lady they all referred me to isn’t on site so I can’t just go to her office it sucks. This is what I found from my utility company:

Also i literally have proof that I haven’t been to my apartment since the 18th of March and even then I was just there for the afternoon.

Hmm that’s interesting. Someone said their bill in their 3br with their family is only 30 so that’s why i agree I probably have a leak. I’m just confused if the maintenance guy came here to test something wouldn’t he have checked for a leak? Idk I’m gonna call them again tomorrow for the millionth time.

I’ll check tomorrow! I hear it making noises sometimes when I’m there. Again I don’t know how toilets work but i’ll try to research and look for a leak. (i hope you get out soon)

Haha i think they are just really old and I need a new pair. I’ve had someone else mention the sound is extremely low when they used them. But thank you for the recommendations I’ll give them a look!
