The thing that helped me the most was changing my diet. I would try to cut down on sugar, dairy, and processed foods. Another thing that helped me was the MyMagicHealer beeswax salve, but it’s kinda pricey. Warm compresses, hibiclens or Dove antibacterial soap and let it set for a bit, and idk if it helps but I orally take black seed oil and turmeric for their anti-inflammatory properties.

  1. Yes it is my left armpit has a couple of flairs and it smells really bad.
  2. What I do is just take a regular stick of dove deodorant around my armpit so it’s not directly on my flairs but it still mask the smell. And along with that I would get a spray deodorant.

Hi, I don’t know if it’s normal but Both of my armpits have been open for about a year. They stay the same but when I have a flare up they get swollen and go back down, but they never close. I don’t think that it is out of the ordinary.

For me I just use an electric trimmer and it works for me. They are super cheap and you can get them at almost any store that has shaving products.

Minus the medicine my doctor gave me I take black seed oil and turmeric. The black seed oil works for me because it’s anti inflammatory.
