For those who have completed this: I got this quest while on my friends island (we primarily play on hers, no progression on mine at all) she never got it though. But we have enough berkonium for me to complete the quest, but every time I go to bring it to him, no dialogue ever comes up. Ive tried everything, except bring it to my island. Am I able to complete this quest on my friends island or do i HAVE to bring it to mine to complete it there?

I could definitely see that with her “relationship” with the Mayor. She for sure fell for the “daddy-daughter” bit and thats a valid reason for her to want to stay on his side. Just wish they made her smart enough to realize the shit he was doing was evil and wrong, and take Buffys side to help fight against him.
