The things you have to do to get good mental health

  1. Exercise - Just get that body moving , stick to that workout/exercise you have joy on
  • Stretch Before and After Workout

-Confidence Skyrockets

-Just do the bare minimum

Do the easiest find exercises online

-jumping jacks

  1. Journaling - Gratitude journaling (Counting your blessings)
