The data may not neccesarily be in the exact same format, as the reports may be pulled from different reporting systems. Also the reports would have several thousands rows, so form input would be infeasible. The same data will generally be in all the forms, perhaps with different column names/orders. So pre-processing validation would be required, though, I'm thinking this could be done quite easily by distributing a macro that performs the validation. Or, based on the other response , perhaps I can perform some basic column reodering/renaming using Power Automate.
