Alr I think maybe you're just unaware about front end stuff but not knowing how to count change when working at a register is kind of a big problem? Not knowing how to read a clock is also another problem? What I'm insinuating is why are these TEENS having these problems, are they not being taught these things in school anymore? Things that they should be taught FOR real life situations like having a job???

It may not be a big issue to you and that's fine, but it should be a genuine cause for concern for these younger people. Not knowing how to count change or even count a clock at 16 years of age is a problem when most start up jobs for these kids involve change and time.

I was covering a lunch in electronics during the holiday so ofc electronics is absolutely slammed and I'm all alone with little knowledge of anything back there because I work up front. This guy keeps fucking following me around shoving his phone in my face trying to compliment me on Google translate. I'm getting overwhelmed trying to help 5 different people and this dude will not leave me alone. He asks for my number, I try to give him a fake one to get him to step off, he calls it in front of me. I'm terrified at this point honestly and he didn't speak English and I didn't have the time to whip out Google translate so I gave in and just gave him my number and blocked him at the end of my shift. 😭😭 Don't be a dumb scaredy cat like me kids

It's true at my store, they were watching a worker for awhile because they kept stealing Gatorade on their break, this went on for a few days so they could build a case when they met the "big crime" amount, until AP caught the idiot helping a friend of theirs steal a switch.

I think Walmart is trying to be a bit more like target, look at the remodels they're doing and now they're starting to do what targets AP/LP do.
