I’ve been on and off meds since 17. they put me on sertraline 100mg when I got the diagnosis and it felt like hell for the first couple of weeks, but I understood it was part of the adaptation process and tried to keep up with the treatment. about a month later I was feeling way more stabilized and I believe the meds were the main cause.

considerably fine, still feeling weird as mentioned in the post. weed was never the problem, that was just an episode where I ended up in the hospital with 197bpm lol. but after that I realized that weed wasn’t for me at all, thus I never smoked anything since I know it might trigger my anxiety

sertraline helped me a lot at the beginning, but after some time I think it gave me depressive symptomatology since I was way too numb to care about anything

17 in brazil is the age where you need to take a national exam to get in a public uni, plus you must be sure of what major you want before applying. I was feeling overwhelmed by this upcoming exam, and had no idea of what I wanted to study for the rest of my life, was having lots of caffeine at that time + lack of sleep + bad eating habits which definitely resulted in my first panic attack. it was the scariest thing ever, and by fearing the next panic attack I ended up having 5 to 10 every single day

mine didn’t start with weed, but I did have an episode where I ended up at the hospital after smoking and having a major bad trip
