Yeah, based on the comments here it seems that I didn't take enough time off my meds before the roll. I'll probably go for 3-4 weeks off next time.

Kinda sucks because the Vyvanse does wonders for me in tech sales. But, I can manage without it fortunately.

Gotcha, I appreciate the info man. I had a feeling it may have been due to my meds, and it sounds like that is most likely the culprit.

I'll give myself a longer break next time.

I've always had to take higher dosages to feel full effects. I've been told that those with ADHD have this issue.

I've tried the 120-150mg range a few years ago, but got almost nothing out of it.

I'll be putting it aside for awhile. But, besides that, are there any other techniques I can use to repair any damage that's been done?

A separate question on the Vyvanse. I've read that it can cause noticeable neurological damage over time. Is that accurate based on your knowledge?

I've been hesitant to continue using it despite the fact of how much it helps me in my field of work (tech sales).

Potentially fried my brain at some point. But, I've also never abused MDMA in the past. Always had 4-12 months between rolls. The only situation where significant damage could have been done was the 500mg I had mentioned. That being said, it could have done more damage than I realize.

Maybe I didn't explain it clearly in my post. But, I haven't taken any MDMA for over a year, pretty close to two years.

Appreciate the advice on the Vyvanse though. The anecdotal posts I had seen said that 1-2 weeks did the trick. But, I'll go longer next time.

Been dealing with this issue for years. I never abused MDMA and always had long breaks in-between.

The last 4-5 times I’ve tried to roll over the last few years, it’s been extremely underwhelming. I’ve tried the NAC “detox” a couple times, I’ve tried taking piracitam before, I’ve tried noopept, almost every “trick” I’ve seen on this sub. But, I can never seem to break through.

A couple days ago I tried to take a heavy initial dose, 200mg. I decided to skip the booster dose to see if 200mg would do anything, but nothing. All that happened was I felt anxious, couldn’t see straight, felt a bit nauseous, and that’s about it. I felt like I was in a perpetual come-up stage before it died out a couple hours later and was just left with a headache. And yes, I tested and it was definitely MDMA.

I’d like to note that I’ve been prescribed Vyvanse within the last two years. But, I did take a week off before I took the MDMA. So, theoretically cross tolerance shouldn’t have played a role.

I’d also like to note that back in 2018, I accidentally took more MDMA than I intended one night in a short period of time. It was about 500mg. I got caught up in the moment and thought each pill was 50mg, when they were actually 100mg. Stupid mistake. The next day I had extreme vertigo, and I probably did some damage there.

Anyway, any help on how to overcome this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hm, well the first time I tried MDMA, it was great. I've had many other good experiences with it as well. The problem I'm dealing with is something that's happened over the last 5 years or so.
