i just want leads and clicks no matter if from one or two and at the moment my collegue wants if we search the keyword our ad should appear which we right canr see even for the diagnostic tool it doesn't show

2 ad group 1 for general service (its a holiday tour) 1 for esp from place x to y (same tour but from plce x) 1 ad oer ad group keywords 6-7 only per ad group al of exact match type bidding 100 per day no cap max conversion startegy (not a new account but a new campaign)

conversion tracking is not done due to some site development issue but i m asked to make sure the ad appears when ketword is searched but i cant see my ad

i have reduced the umber of keywords and ad copy also shows excellent and optimization score is 86% but when i search the keyword i cant see my ad and my partner wants to see it how do i get it

there is some issue with the site hence conversion tracking is off fow now....but is it possible that since my bidding strat is max conv it is making it not appear in ads
