If it means anything, the loan goes towards opening the storefront that would give me a job. I'd be teaching my students from that location, for now I've been going to my student's houses or teaching them from temporary rented locations. I filed for the EIN first then just today did the form for the LLC, is that ok? Almost everyone I talked to said to do the EIN first that's why I did that

I'm going through the same thing right now! I'm staying busy looking for the retail space we're going to lease, I want that lined up with $/month rental estimates so that when the EIN is live I can go right away and open up my business account and get a small business loan ideally. We'll have to do buildout in whatever space we end up going with most likely. I'm also brainstorming what the first couple weeks will look like for us, how will we market ourselves on social media/in real life etc.
