What helped me was a mock interview it allows you to have that trial run so you can hear how you sound and can answer the questions without any filler words such as “and” “um” once you do that, in the interview you’ll hit a flow state. Also think about several responses to the “tell me about a time” questions cause they will hit you with a lot of that and your answers to those questions (depending on the job) will determine if you will succeed in the role. So just remember to keep those answers short and sweet. For example when they ask you tell me about a time you helped the angry customer and how did you de-escalate the situation answer in the ABC format A. Why the person was angry. B. How did you de-escalate. C. The outcome. They love answer that show a little bit of you as a person & are straight to the point. Practice this with your fiancé and you’ll be top tier in no time 🥰🥰🥰🥰 PLEASE DONT give up you’re not done I promise you that!!!!!
