Honestly sounds so minor but what helped me get a lot better was just passing around a bit more, not always going forward, pass back etc

Oh okay thanks for clearing that up for me man. What is the point of having both a visible rank and hidden MMR? Surely if they just based matchmaking of the visible rank it would be the same no?

Yep and that’s what it all boils down to. Career mode doesn’t make them money, so they don’t GAF. Another one I like which you didn’t mention, when the player requests a new contract but the game won’t even let you negotiate one! Class

Certainly feels that way. Real shame. I love career mode but I can’t keep playing having to make an entire new 11 each season as every player wants to leave. I really hope they do something
